E allora bimbi, tutti a letto!
Ma non dimentichiamoci che l’entrata nel mondo di Morfeo non è sempre immediata e che bisogna lasciarsi andare e cadere lentamente nel sonno. I bambini usano quei momenti per ricordare, fantasticare e sognare ad occhi aperti. Un letto è un letto, ma il letto può essere qualcosa in più? Siii…è un rigugio sicuro, un magico arredo che li trasforma in principi o regine, un dinamico trampolino e tanto altro. Allora mi tuffo con voi nel fantastico mondo delle camere per bimbi di tutti i tipi. Monelli, seri, spiritosi, numerosi e unici. Iniziamo con quella che io chiamo ” La guerra dei bottoni” perchè mettere a dormire tanti bambini insieme può far diventare una camera un vero campo di battaglie vere e immaginate. Come risolvere una stanza per 3, 4, 5..figli? O un figlio con tanti tanti amici e cugini? Basta tornare piccoli e usare l’immaginazione, queste stanze dei sogni sono per voi!
“… I’m gonna count up to three! If your are not all in bed, in your pyjamas, teeth brushed, there’ll be trouble … no Carousel on TV for two days!” And so, come one, kids, all to bed!
But we’d better not forget that the path to enter Morpheus’ realm is not always a straightforward one: you need to relax and slowly gliding into sleep. Kids make use of those moments to remember and fancy out things, to daydream. A bed is actually a bed, but can it be something more than that? Of course it can … it is a safe shelter, a furniture piece full of magic which is able to turn them into princes and queens, it’s a dynamic springboard and much else. And so I’ll plunge with you into the wonderful world of the bedrooms devised for any kind of kids. They may be little rascals, serious, funny, numerous and single. Let’s start with what I name “The button war”, as putting many kids to bed all together can really morph a bedroom into a real battlefield, where actual or even fancied wars can happen. How can we arrange a bedroom for three, four, five … children? Or even for a single kid with a lot of friends and cousins? You’ll only need to get back to your childhood and to use your imagination: these dream rooms are for you!
L’incredibile mondo dei bambini richiede molta fantasia, il confronto con questi nani pensanti ci fa capire quanto sia bello tornare ad essere come loro. Peter Pan non è solo una favola ma anche un modo di comprendere che i limiti li poniamo noi adulti. Ecco allora un po’ di suggerimenti per entrare nel loro mondo aiutandoli a non perdere mai le loro ali. Oggi è ROSA, un colore da bimba, da sogno, delicato e tenero, racconta amore e dolcezza, carezze e sorrisi. Il rosa per la stanza, decorata come quella di una principessa con camei e profili. Un po’ flou come le scarpe di Zara che sembrano appartenere ad una ballerina moderna. il Rosa come il nome del fiore o di una bimba a cui basta un grande fiocco per sentirsi magica. Il rosa dei dolci, degli zuccheri e di tutte le cose che ci fanno venire voglia di tenerezza.

The amazing children’s world is quite demanding in terms of imagination, the confrontation we have with these thinking dwarfs makes us clear enough how nice it is to get back to their way of being. Peter Pan is not only a fairy tale: it also helps usunderstand that it’s adults who set limits. Here are some suggestions on how to enter their world while helping them never drop their wings. Today it is PINK, a colour for little girls, a dream hue, tender and soft, conveying love and sweetness, caresses and smiles. Pink is good for the sleeping room, decorated just as that of a princess with cameos and trimmings. A bit loose and flowing, like the shoes from Zara which seem to belong to a dancer of our times. Pink as the name of the flower or of a little girl who can feel herself magic by simply wearing a large ribbon. The pink of sweets and sugars and of everything which makes us feel like endearment.
